SSU offers the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE) and is developed by NCBE and is a 2-hour, 60-question multiple-choice examination that is administered 3 times per year. This exam is required for admission to the bars of all but three U.S. jurisdictions (Maryland, Wisconsin, and Puerto Rico).

The purpose of the MPRE is to measure examinees' knowledge and understanding of established standards related to the professional conduct of lawyers. The MPRE is not a test to determine an individual’s personal ethical values. Passing scores are established by each jurisdiction.
 
Day of Exam
Examinees will require the following.
-A printed Registration Ticket
-No cell phones
-Valid and current picture identification
 
Location
-Examinees report to the Darwin Hall Lobby area

Parking
-A $5/day Parking Permit is required during weekends.
